2002 IS300 CD player stopped working

I have a 2002 Lexus IS 300. The audio system was working perfectly until a few months ago when the CD player stopped working. I can load the CD and it can ejected, but will not play. The rest of the system works. I would appreciate receiving some help in getting the CD player working again, or the contact details of a car audio specialist who can repair the unit for me.

Go on the Internet and search for audio repair shops near you, get a second hand replacement(same model) or get an after market one

Had problems with the CD player on mine, not playing, error codes then discs not ejecting.. I removed and took the player apart, could find nothing wrong with the mechanical operation of the unit, the problems appeared to be with the electronics....forget it, just use the radio (which has the worst reception ever!)
