After a month or so of searching and with the support of some of you guys on here…… I’ve finally found the car for me.
2004 Silver, Black and Walnut.
A lovely, genuine, unmolested, 4 previous owner SC.
Driven 220 miles today bringing it to its new home and it drives beautifully….. never missed a beat.
Thank you to the guys who gave up their time to advise and direct me. (You know who you are!!!)

👏🏼

Priority is to get my mechanic friend to give it a thorough health check and service. Almost certainly including plugs and cam belt/water pump replacement.

Then it’s a thorough valet/clean inside and out.

Take it from there really……. Let the spending commence!!!!

The genuine spark plugs are made by DENSO, can be bought using this part number ….. Denso  SK20R11

I got mine here 2 packs….

If you don’t buy a genuine timing belt and water pump , GATES or BLUEPRINT are the top of the tree for pattern parts .

Did you open the curtains to your  new pride and joy on the drive , or is it garaged ?

Well done on finding the right car and becoming a full playing member of the top-down club. If we don't see any pics soon, expect the SC430 club paparazzi to be with you shortly. 🙂

Have to admit not actually driven with the top down yet. Shameful I know.

In fairness, you did get it when the weather went Eskimo.

😮Quite an admission. I drove to Somerset and back yesterday looking at new wheels and saw several cabriolets (no SC430s) with the top down.

I’ve been studying a full set of photos with a magnifying glass for over a week new…then reported my findings to Gary 😁😁

it’s on the drive…… I’ll need to get rid of a lot of junk to get it on the garage.

Just back from a 50 mile run out. 😍

Errrrrr no. Too cold!!!

It may be too wet but it's rarely too cold. With the windows up, the climate control does a really good job of keeping you warm.

This afternoon in tropical Sussex 120 C.  Top down as per club rules. 😉
