Has anyone got a Lexus Dashcam fitted to their ES300h?

I have been looking for a while but have decided on using my phone and an app called KM car camcorder. I'm now looking for a suitable mount for the dashboard.

I got an Euki-X10 for about £40 on amazon and it works a treat. Brilliant back-up from customer support to should you need help or spares. No screen behind the camera but you can view the footage on your mobile phone if you download it. Great value. I've not gone to the trouble of hiding the wiring but the kit includes a tool to tuck the wires into the lining should you want to. Quite reasonable 1030 HD images.

Yes I got the Lexus installed dash camera, I did not think much of the installation or quality of images. It is quite an old model that they fit, There are another posts with recommendations.

I had one installed from dealership and it is a Nextbase unit actually but due to its shape it looks like a Lexus OEM part.

It does what it says it is supposed to do. Connecting to it to do card maintenance is the worst aspect. I prefer to take the card out and format it on the laptop but that needs to be done with care as the card cover might fly off as it comes off.
