Hi, for 2020-2021 UX250H whats your Audio and Nav version? Seems my dealer havent update it at all during the service. and I cant find an option to update it myself.

If you login to My Lexus then in the eStore you will either have free access to map updates (if you still have a valid subscription) or you can purchase and download the latest one.

I have the map updated already, but the Audio and Nav version is stilll very old

Maps updates typically have nav firmware within them if needed. Added functionality on the infotainment system has historically rarely happened with Toyota/Lexus. That may change with some of the newer platforms on 2022+ vehicles but don't expect anything for your UX.
