Terms after update

After updating my 350nx every time I start the car on the screen I have to tick 2 boxes and then tick the agree all to do with multimedia and audio.  Have downloaded from Lexus site privacy and terms and conditions hoping there’s a tick box at the end but it’s endless never got to the end. Have tried phoning Lexus technical and the message says Due to high volume of calls regarding updates there is no one to answer any calls. Makes you wonder

There is quite a lot about this in the NX forum, the Software Update thread. Most have found you need to do a Reset to clear this problem and get back to 'normal'.
