GS450h (2013 4gen) vibrates on higher speeds

hi all lexus lovers 

my gs have slight vibration in a seat and floor on motor way speed (starts around 75mph). checked and rebalanced all tyres , wheel alignment and suspension inspection  also done no issues has been found. so i have decided to take a look at the prop shaft condition and found coupler disc cracked all the way around. so my question is maybe you guys have had something similar with your lexus and is this can cause a vibration at all?  see attached photos. thank you
