Just tried to locate my UX250h as I left it in a large airport carpark 2 weeks ago. I am using the Lexus Link+ app and it's saying...

Vehicle location not available or vehicle is moving. The location will be updated once the engine is switched off.

Hoping it's not due to a flat 12v battery!

Any ideas?

    I received the same message on MyToyota app, (I have a Toyota) the next day it was working fine. So can only assume a similar hiccup with the app?

    Hope you are not still searching for your vehicle!

    The built in location service function shouldn't be relied on as it easy to disable if someone wants to remove the vehicle from where it was last located.
