TDI Stage 1 Boost upgrade kit for TTE Compressor

I'm having mine done in a months time, however Kieran dark_is200 has his car at TDi as we speak having his upgraded. He has mentioned that he would post after the work had been completed.

We are not officially selling this upgrade yet.

If anyone wants to buy the upgrade, the only parts we can sell mail order are the pulley kits, uprated fuel pump, fuel pressure regulators and additional injector controllers.

The new intercooler is about 150% larger than the standard TTE item, and is good for about 400hp

how much is the fuel regulator? i heard the orginal fuel regulator is in the fuel tank so if you want to change it, you need to take out the fuel tank......... so is it hard to install the fuel regulator?

Hi Mark,

You have the uprated fuel pump & do you have bigger cc injectors. Can we use GS300/LS400 fuel pump & injectors for the upgrade on the IS200.

tdiplc, hi i heard people that after adding the fuel regulator in their car will improve hi rev power, is this true?

how much is the fuel regulator? and is it difficult to install?

HEy TDI.. I have a Bosh fuel pump that makes this ANNOYING buzzing electric sound that's bloody loud..

Can you recommend a fuel pump for the IS200 that is quiet?

Is it the fuel pump problem or the wiring??

Asinn - there is only just enough fuel for the standard compressor system. I do not know whether increasing the fuel with the standrd compressor system will make any difference, but it is essential as soon as you raise the boost even a little bit.

TRD328 - we can offer a walbro pump that costs £150. If your pump is too noisy there could be a problem with it but I have not heard a bosche pump in the is200 so I can't really advise you.
