Used Car Values Hit.

Read a snippet about the used car market, The March registrations have flooded the market with second-hand cars, so much so that dealers are sending what was showroom stock, to the auction to save space, this in turn is flooding the auction houses and reserve prices are being set low to shift the cars on.

What does this mean to us, 50/50 mix of good and bad, if your looking to buy your first Lexus , then there's never been a better time to buy (hence Lexus Bromley/Croydon have a sale soon), the down site of this is if you have a Lexus keep hold of it for 2-3 months until the surplus stock has died down.

I would think the current GS model is going to take a hammering with the new model just around the corner, and the IS200/300 boys need to look out ,with new model later in the year.

And just to finish off, all new cars now have to display how "Green "they are, AutoExpress now cover this in their new car listings, and all lexus models are in the bottom Red band, lets hope the new diesel models make the Lexus range a little greener :)
