Removing Coloured Part Of Mirror

Now before i get the dreaded.......'Search before you Post' police onto me, i have done a search and found this......How to?

But i don't understand it much!

Move the mirror all the way up? .......does this mean angle the glass upwards so that a screwdriver can be prissed behind it?

What am i prying off with the screwdriver? is it the glass or something else?

Anyone taken theirs to pieces before?, im sure someone has and can help explain this a bit more.

you pull the mirror out from the bottom and it will 'clip off' and come out. next disconnect the wiring plug. now there should be 3 or 4 philips screw to remove and thats it!!!
