Whats Wrong With My Car!? Please Help!

hi

what a bad day!

my RS must have a very bad mood today,

the petrol gauge dont work,

the temp gauge dont work,

the outside temp display just give me 'E',

automatic gear display dont work,

air con dont work,

seat beat display dont work

ABS light come on

well apart from that the car still drive normal

any idea ??

i did try to disscont the Battery to reset the ECU but didnt help at all

at least i want my air con back, !!!!

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in Swanley, who can fix it??

would have thought a main fuse has gone ,not sure were they are on the is but the main ones are usealy under the bonnet somewere .

yep - as mentioned above, check your main fuses under the bonnet.

Sounds like what happens if you have the ignition on after turning the engine off - but I guess that doesn't help!

i already check the fuse under the bonnet look good to me

Check your yellow pages for a mobile technician, they'll find the problem.

sounds like a "mysterious" electrical problem ... on ex-water flooded car.

When was the car imported?

I've the same probs u were havin and just wanted to know have u sorted out the prob yet. I found that the prob on my car comes and goes...was urs the same?

So, wat was the cause anyway? I'v noticed it starts playin up after i'v washed the car(not wash the engine). Your advice will b very much appreciated !!!! Thanx. :)

that will mean your getting water into the fuse box, the windscreen wont be sealed properly from when a new screen was fitted
