The "lock All Doors"-button?!?!?

How is your "lock all doors"-button working?

If I press the lock all doors-button all doors lock and the lock-indicator on each door shows the doors are locked! Now the thing is even though the lock-indicator on the driver door shows that the door is locked the door can still be opened from the outside!

Can you guys try this on your IS200, please?

I thought the "lock all doors"-functions was meant for having the car locked when being in the car and stopping at red lights and not having to worry for thiefs!

They work on mine. I usually lock the doors out of habit and when picking people up they can't get in until I unlock them.

Mine work as you would expect. Use them all the time. Maybe a trip to your lexus garage? Do they lock on the keyfob?

Darn... Another visit to the garage... I knew I should have bought another Beemer :(

just do what i do which is put the kids in the car first then go to get in its surprising how well the lock button works then especially now the boy knows it winds me up
