Carbon Fibre Grille

I have just received my new carbon fibre grille, which i cannot wait to put onto the IS200 as it looks so good, but i am having trouble getting the standard grille out. I have removed a screw from the middle/top of the grille, and two from either side, which attach the bumper to the grille, but i think it's attached at the bottom/underneath the grille too?? anyone know how to get it off?

yeah, un-do the three bolts.. the bottom is clipped in... first time you need to be forceful, but be careful..

it helps if you push the clips down from the inside, there is a workshop somewhere on this..
