Will This Strut Brace Fit My Is300?

Recommended Posts

Emailled the seller and he's happy for me to return it if it doesn't fit, as it's just been tested on an IS200, and not an IS300 Sportcross - it's a new line for him so there shouldn't be a shortage of them.

Thing is I've just fitted my K&N Typhoon and wondered if that's going to cause any problems?

Dan - the IS300 block sits much much higher than the IS200, even with the engine cover removed. I'm having problems with the Prolex brace which still doesn't fit with the raised cones made for coilover riders.

BTW the Typhoon will not obstruct the strut brace at all.

IMO I would say no, but if he's prepared to take it back then give it a shot

Thanks for the advice - don't want to have to remove the engine cover (not very pretty underneath!) - I'll confirm he'll definitely refund inc postage ;)
