Reversing Sensors

Hi All,

Just fitted reversing sensors and was wondering which cable off the reversing bulb is live (there are 2 cables one is black & red and the other I think is yellow).

My reversing sensors have a cig lighter adapter which I want to cut and connect to the reversing positive, the power is 4.5v on the sensors - is this the same as the reversing bulb?

If My memory serves me right it's the black and red wire that is the live feed ;)

Forget what I said before the colours were wrong, they are:-

Blue & red - live ??

Black & white - neutral ??

black and white is the color for all the negative points/leads in the car

Well chuffed now as they only come on when in reverse.
