Is200: Getting A Wire From Back To Front!

about to get my carputer project started and need to get the usb cable from the rear parcel shelf to the glove box....

Any ideas as to how to get the wire down with little effort? from the handbrake onwards isn't too much of a problem....

follow existing wiring

can almost be done without any tools !!
