Manual

Manual? That's been converted or it's not a TT as all TTs are autos. I reckon £5000-5500 would be the OTR price in the UK after all import costs etc.

£5.5k mate thats a bit unrealistic as the ones I've been looking at as stock on that year plate have all been £6.5k. The ones that have been up to a lower Mod state have been £6.5k for 91 plates so I wouldn't hope to get a one off manual car with blitz 19" rims FMIC, Decat, after market titanium exhaust, all the required electronic fuel cut defencers, boost gauges etc that go with upping the boost to 1.2 bar with immaculate paintwork on a 95 plate for £5.5k surely? I've been advised that car would retail at £10k over here on a forecourt.

£10k for a Mk1?! That's a lot of money when you see the prices of Mk2s. You didn't mention the FMIC, Ti exhaust etc!! In that case, yes, it was unrealistic, but Paul (Whiffin) found me a 94 car, with 100k Kms, 19s, kit and exhaust and that went for £5.5k, so around £6-6.5k otr. I wouldn't pay £10k for a Mk1, but if you really want it and it works out cheaper in terms of mods, then it might make sense.

Btw, not a one-off as the one for £14k on Autotrader is also a manual - It's in this month's Jap Performance.

Oops!

Anyway, I have seen pics off this car and it certainly justify's the fee. It does have 3 grands worth of Blitz wheels on, and I would have to say is probably the best looking MK1 Aristo I've ever seen :)

The manual conversion makes it a rare treat.

Gaz.

Hey no knicking it out from under me lol :) :geek:

From the pictures it looks the dogs danglies and for a kiddie carrier its certainly the best looking and most rapid motor I can swap my aero supe for. I had considered a volvo v70 awd R estate for similar money but there is no-where to go with that car tuning or body wise.
