a freiend had askes me to look at his sterio

it come on but there is no output to speakes it seams ??

i dont know how many 12v feed the unit should have of if the raidio had gone faulty ?

the car is the old shape the first one i think any info??

When you say no output to the speakers, take it you mean to non of them, does the radio work appart from this - CD etc....

Has the radio had a wide band converter fitted if an Aristo, also has the radio turned into the Jap Traffic Freq by accident

In the Mk.1 Aristo the amp's in the boot, under the autochanger.

All Arsito's have an exteranl amp, but only some have the Diskchanger, the amp is located in the boot on the drivers side under the carboard cover by the rear vent. The amp does control the speakers aswell as the sub in the parcelshelf. If this has blown, this would cause the problems you're having, luckly Rob has one that would bail you out. Not many of these amps around though.
