Prepaid Service?

I arranged a prepaid 2 year service plan with Inchcape in march (good deal really.£460 for two services at lexus,60k and 70k)after a few weeks noticed that the Direct debit wasn't being taken out!so got intouch with Inchcape and arranged Direct debit again.1st payment came out in July but again have noticed that no other payment has come out! Now arranged service for first week in November,do I get intouch with Inchcape again or do I just plead ignorant and go ahead with service? has anyone else had a problem with prepaid plans with inchcape?or shall i just hope that it all goes through ok and i make a whopping saving!! as I've only paid one £46

Odd one, didn't know you could pay in installments, when I set mine up, I paid for 2 services in one hit, about £440 IIRC

Probably not much to loose mate, you have to get the car services to schedule anyway, so keep the booking and see what happens afterwards. The worst that can happen is that you'll end up paying the rest of the installments as you would have anyway
