Remote Key For Is200

Hi

I have been quoted £99 for a lexus remote key that includes open, close and boot. Is thier any other place apart from lexus that I can get this made cheaper or is it just lexus

Hi

Thanks for the advice and I bought all the bits from eBay. I now have another problem my original master key is a short blade but the black key that I purchased arrived as a long blade will it still work with my is200 or do I need to send it back as ask for a short blade. Any help will be much appritiated.

ask a locksmith if they can cut it, if the blade is the same it shouldnt be a problem

***** that's cheap!! Lexus @ Exeter quoted me £160 for the key and a further £60 to code it!!!

I am also looking on eBay for replacement key.... does anyone know the equivalent US model key that would fit a year 2000 IS200?? Also that would help wold be the FCC ID? Most of the eBay key fobs have this?
