Looking at purchasing an Aristo in the near future and would like to know if there is a model equipped with a limited slip differential?

If so is there a code I should look for on the build plate?

If not has any one had any luck with fitting one?

Any help would be much appreciated

If you look at the plate on the lefthand side under the bonnet by the bulkhead it should say what type axle is in your car.

Theres no LSD on my car and it says A at the end if theres a LSD fitted it will have i believe a B at the end.

The Aristo Mk.2 has an open diff.

I've fitted a 2-way LSD from a Supra which gives great traction and higher corner exit speed. I went with a Cusco although Kaaz are good too.

My model number is E-JZS147-BEP/2 - does this mean it has a LSD ? This plate is on the nearside bulkhead.

as Chips said earlier, you need to locate the VIN/Chassis plate and look for the following figures.....something like A340 A03 AorB (The last B being LSD)
