Lexus Is200 - Fog Light

Recommended Posts

Bit of a PITA this one:

You'll need to jack the car and remove the front wheel to allow access to the wheel arch liner. Pop out the studs which secure the front of the liner and peel it back to allow access to the back of the fog light. You can then remove and change the bulb.

dont need to remove the wheel, just turn the wheel so you get maximum room.

Also dont worry if the bulb is hard to remove or corroded into the fog light unit. Mine was.

the way i have always done it is by just removing the bolts on the side of the fog light that holds it too the bumper and pull it out, replace the bulb and put back... simple :D

Yeah, and that's fine if you have one of the models (earlier ones, I beleive) where they are accessible from the front........
