Hi,

Wondering if anyone has encountered this, during heavy rain and a bit of lightening las weekend my car alarm went off. had to be at 2 in the morning with pregnent wife beside me of course. Don't really bo what set it off, all windows were closed and doors locked ...etc... Had at least as severe weather that never set it off. Hasn't gone off since.

Any thoughts?

In one of my older cars it was pretty sensitive to lightning, in fact it was the pressure from the sound waves of the thunder that was setting it off when the glass would move ever so slightly, in the end had to have the sensitivity of the radar sensors turned down ever so slightly and that nailed the problem for good :)
