Need Help Installing Video

Hey everybody, I don't own a lex, but i am doing a video install for a friend. Has anyone here ever installed monitors in the headrests? Do the headrests come out? If anyone has any ideas for installing videos i would appreciate it, especially a good spot to put an LCD in front. Thank you in advance,

I know a guy called "Norkep" has done custom installs into his headrests...

It is possible but i think he had to have the headrest re-covered.

Hi Mike,

Which Lexie are you doing the install in, mine has the full 5 screen install - DVD/TV/VID, relately easy apart from the wiring from the boot to the interoir. The headrests do come out but to keep the install looking like the rest of the interoir, you may need to recover the headrests and the sunvisors.

It's a 94 LS 400. I want to do 3 monitors, one in each headrest, and one somewhere in front. He doesn't want to get a new radio, but could i take out one of the pockets or something and put in a flipout there?

I'm going to do PS2 with wireless controllers. Thanks for your help

You will not have to recover the headrest depending on the screen you are fitting ?

Bet option for the front would be a rear view mirror screen

Headrests do come out easy to wire clips at the bottom of the seat and the wire can come up through the foot air vent.
