Some advice for a new lexus owner please

I have a rattle from the back thats been driving me mad that stops when I brake so I presume that the brake pads are the cause.

the pads and disks were replaced just before I got the car.

I have on each side 2x pads, 1x pin/bar and a retaining clip for the pin/bar, someone mentioned is the spring fitted correctly........What spring am i missing parts?
