Tte Airbox

Recommended Posts

How easy is it to remove the TTE airbox that comes with the s/c kit??

I just need to take it off to get to some access points on the engine and then replace it again.

Easy enough mate, undo the 14 hex screws remove the lid and you'll see the mounting screws inside, just be careful with the hoses underneath and the sensor.

You will have to split it into two parts, take all the screws out from around it, then you will see more clear how to take it off.

if you can use a screwdriver then you can remove the airbox - remove the 3 bolts holding the intake on, remove allen key screws on the airbox remove nut at FWD RH corner and then remove bolt holding the bracket at the rear LH corner - job done
