Cambelt Kit

Has anyone any ideas on where to buy a cambelt kit for my 99 is200. Other than main dealer! Just checked mine and it seriously needs doing!! front of the belt wearing away, presume needs the pulleys too hey?

Personally though when it comes to "essential" stuff like this I would go for OEM parts.

The savings are usually minimal and at least you know the parts are solely manufactured for your model.

£115 off eBay for aftermarket gear or £127 + vat for oem. not a great difference!

Guess wot i will be doing next weekend!! lol

Good luck, is a pretty big job from what I understand. Not sure if you will have to add or buy special tools? I got mine done at an indepent for £250 ish with lexus parts... if you have to buy tools wont be to much in it at the end of the day plus your save yourself the time.
