Just wanted to know took my car to lexus had a 80k service + water pump and gaskets + cambelt and tensioner + air filter and the labour charges cost me just under £800 have they had my pants down or should i be a happy chappy.....

I know someone that had all the work done you mentioned + major service and it came in at £900 at Lexus Birmingham. This was about a year ago.

I just rang for quotes at my 2 local dealers as mines due for its 100k service in a month or so. Both were similar prices:

Full service £420

Full service with cambelt change £680

Intermediate service £230

at 80k , yours would have been a full service, so add on a bit for the labour and parts of the waterpump, and you wont be far off £800

Sounds about right from the main dealer looking at my car's past invoices. Can say that I would ever bring myself to pay that much by going to the main dealer though. My car's last major service cost more than my previous car was worth!
