Fault Code Help

Recommended Posts

Driving slow up hill and the car miss-fired big time then the TRC OFF light was flashing on and off,

Ive plugged my IS200 into my new fault code machine, its come back with the code P0105.... i think this is to do with the map sensor? just want to make sure before i replace it.

thanks all

I have same problem going on...

I have tested the sensor and check'd wires, it shows almost correct data, but when i have drived about a week the car goes to "safe-mode" and warning lights light up.

Could it be cause of our cars are charged, and ecu doesnt like that cause its not programmed to get positive pressure ?

i wonder if there are any uprated vaccume sensors that would fit, My mates cosworth knocks his vac sensor when he has the boost turned up.. hes now put a 3 bar sensor and had no problems.. may be worth looking into it, im going to replace it with the standard part but if it happens again look for a uprated one.
