sorry dont have an answer for that one but would be interested myself.. as i'd like to bring my Stereo into the modern age. :)

This is what I've been doing on mine so far. Only doing a single din unit but the fascia panel can accomodate a double din unit. I guess if the head unit has line level outputs you could run it thorugh the stock amp. I've bypassed the amp (and removed it) and I'm running a Vibe active subwoofer instead of the factory one.
