Longer Crank Time 93 Ls 400

Just purchased this vehicle 3 weeks ago 93 LS 400. One week later, I noticed longer crank time, had been starting instantly. After two days, I smelled raw fuel, and located a leak at what appears to be a dampener on the fuel return line on the fuel rail. I monitored this for couple days, and it quit leaking. I still have extended crank time, no where as long when pressure was leaking off, but longer than when I bought it. Any ideas or experience with this?

Very rare for a leak to fix itself, has possibly got worse and now not visable where you first saw it, first thing to do is get a mechanic to check the fuel pressure for you. Take it from there...

Good Luck
