Where To Buy Lexus Gs300 Rear Upper Control Arm?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I recently discovered a slight vibration coming from the back of the Aristo; after checking all the usual and getting my mate to check it out at his garage; it appears that the passenger side rear ball joint has play in it, which allows me to move the wheel from side to side when the car is jacked up. The ball joint is part of a control arm which it appears you have to buy as one complete unit. I visited Toyota today and they say they cannot order the part - its Lexus only; which also thankfully means the Aristo and the GS300 share the same part no.

I rang a few motor factors and they say they can not get it a pattern part and its dealer only. Lexus Stockport can do the part for £331 - I was hoping someone else might know of another source I can try?

Thanks,

Anees :)

The bit needed is the arm with the red dot next to it.
