Wheels Rusting

Hi

Can anyone help me out, the wheels on my 04Reg IS200 are peeling and are bubbly and rusting. Is this a common problem with IS alloys? I have never had this problem with other alloys on previous cars.

Was thinking that maybe Lexus may have recalled them to replace them on other cars?????

ANy help would be appreciated

It was just a 3 year warranty I think on wheels so you will be out of luck mate.

Are they the 5 spoke or 11 spoke 17's ?

There are some on E-Bay if you want the 11 spokes, or get them refurbed is the other option.

common fault more so on 5 spoke cos of the polished face, as dj wozza says best to have yours refurbed or buy refurbed off

eBay or maybe buy new after market wheels :)

If they are the 11 spoke type, I think Steviewevie has a set for sale.
