I have managed to lose the recent email offering Gold Membership at a discount price! Can somebody advise on how to get this re-sent or what the discount code to use was please. Also if I do decide to join the Gold department do I have to reregister with a new name or carry on as I am but just "upgrade" to Gold?

Do Gold members get discounts on servicing and parts at all dealers or only just some of them?

At Lexus in Manchester, Gold membership counts for nothing !!

As I see it - the forums are great but Gold membership has NO real benefits

Hi Alan, theres the thread here with the link and the code for the discount on Gold Membership.

As such you upgrade - so you can keep your name etc. Not all dealers offer discount but there are other companies offering discounts for Gold Members from tyres to cleaning products :winky:

As I see it - the forums are great but Gold membership has NO real benefits

It is true about Lexus Manchester! I went in once to ask for a part and they guy in Parts claimed he hadn't even heard of a Lexus Owners Club! :o

Lexus Stockport are alot better switched on these days however........ :)
