I've just bought my is200 which is standard and it's a bit slugish and want to put a few more horses under the bonnet any ideas, what I can buy how much any websites will be much appreciated

How much more are you looking to get?

If it's just a few you could look at things like the exhaust etc, but if you're after 50+ your only options are things like a supercharger or turbo conversion.

For either of those you're looking at upwards of £3000 I'd have thought minimum - occasionally second hand ones come up for sale but they're like rocking horse muck nowadays!

If it's literally just to flatten the response with an exhaust and a free flowing panel filter you could always spend a fortune getting it totally remapped to flatten the curves out but even then you're looking at upwards of £1000 all done and you'd be lucky to get up to 10bhp!

These engines unfortunately are not the easiest to extract extra power out of!

i think he would be looking to spend few hundred. get a exhaust or induction kit.
