Tire Valve Stems?

Hi i have been looking everywhere for tire valve stems, not the normal ones with the rubber bit at the bottom but i need the ones which go in from the top and then there is a bolt that screws on underneath them - I put on some caps about 6monts ago and they have rusted solid onto the stem and i cant unscrew them so need to snap the stem off and replace them.

Kwick fit, Halfords or unity dont do them - cant see any on eBay and a quick google search brought up nothing!

maybe tony (wim) do you have any if so can you fit them onto my wheels aswell? and wile im there ill get my Geo done,been wanting to do it since the meet there just not got round to do it.

-dose anyone know any prices of getting them chromed?
