Underbody Panel Damaged

Must of hit a ridge of snow or something as one of the underside plastic panels on the passenger side is loose/damaged and was scrapping the ground,had to force it back into position but it looks bent

Anyone else had this happen?

Yes same thing happenend to me yesterday...............phoned Lexus and have been quoted £85 + Vat for a new one

Lexus Oxford refixed the panel today.Another IS was also in for the same problem

Didn't get charged..unless they've put a bill in the post

So were you standing at the counter waiting for them to ask you to pay, or did you just make a bolt for the door? :o
