Lexus GS300 is nearing the 60,000 mile mark, Just checking to see what I should tune up. Plugs? Timming Belt?

Do you all think it is best to let the dealer service?

what kind of money am I looking at?

think it depends on the model mate

believe earlier models need quite a large (read: expensive) service at 60k.

the later models need this service at 100k.

I can't really help - but think I know enough to ask "what year" to help the more knowledgeable guys answer your question

Mine's due a 60K service in the not too distant future.

It's a 2000 model, do you know if that year requires a cambelt change at 60K?

Sorry mate - not sure.

I know that if the service interval is 9K, then you need a cambelt at 63K; and if the service interval is 10K, then you need a cambelt at 100K
