No Sound On My Lexus Radio

Hi

Recently taken over (company car) an 07 plate IS220D - radio was working fine but now no sound at all - came on once last week - then went off again and nothing since- radio is working fine just no sound at all.

any suggestions ?

Has it got an aftermarket mobile phone car kit, if so could have an audio transfere loom fitted which may have a loose connection or relays left open.

I had the same problem with my IS250, all lit up but no sound, turned out to be the amp.that had gone, dealer fitted a new one under warranty no problem.

Have a look at the Audio Menu screen on the touch screen where you can change the sound from Front to Rear Bass Treble etc. If they are all to one side then its probably the Amp.
