The Ugo Katayame rear deck Spoiler and also the Ugo Katayama roof Spoiler..

Thanks for your help - I have found more information for those who are interested. The Lexus dealer price painted is circa £800, www.lextasy.com (not OEM but identical with LED brake light) $215 unpainted. Hmmmm. Anyone had experience of the lextasy website??

Lexus Birmingham charged in £1,000 to supply, paint and fit a spoiler to my GS. Dont forget to also changed the boot tension bar for a sport model, as the extra weight of the spoiler will take your head off if the wind catches the boot lid.

I have bought from Lextasy via e-bay and found then slow and even slower to give feedback.

You want the OEM Spoiler with 3rd brakelight?? If so how much do you want to spend?? I think I can get my hands on the Rod Millen spoiler that looks just like OEM...
