Silver Colour

OK, so I bought a grill few weeks ago and I thought it will be a good idea to give it a good silver paint (1C0). I went to the shop who prepared the paint for me, painted the bloody grill ...but guess what? it has a slight shade of green. the guy reckoned that this is the correct one. I haven't put the laquer coat yet but I was wondering if there is a chance for the colour to dull down a bit ...

Has anyone else here experienced the same thing?

yes i have had this before with mixed up 1CO, what colour primer are you using? It will not dull down BTW

I used a transparent primer very good quality. After I applied a coat of transparent top coat, the paint got really close to what's on the car. I will se how it goes.
