Top wishbones are a pretty easy DIY job, there is a link in my sig to a tutorial I did for it so that may help. As long as you have a decent enough baljoint splitter, the rest is easy enough.

Bottom ball joints I have a new pair, but not fitted yet. Maybe when the warmer weather comes. Not aware of any play, but got a pair while they were cheap. I will do a tutorial when the time comes. There is a turotial on here some where from the IS200, and the process is the same.

As for which to change, only way to go would be all of them if there is play. I would definately only change the bottom arms if there is play. They are the most expensive part, especially if you need the bottom trailing arm too. The subframe has to be dropped as part of that job.
