Putting Navi In A Non-Navi Lexus.

Since I like shiny OEM stuff and so do others (as I've read here), I looked up a IS200 with Navigation installed.I have a 2004 LHD IS200 and I found a RHD 1999 IS200 at a local junkyard.I thought I could install navigation as a gadget (pops up when you start the car and what not), so I came to ask you guys.

How easy is it to replace the original dash center with the one with navigation and would it just plug in?Would I have to sacrifice my newer stereo for the older one (navi cd's/dvd's)?

I bet Estonia is blank on the Lexus navi discs even if I could even get my hands on such a relic, so first it would just be a gadget but it sure would be nice if it could display anything more than a blank screen.Putting in a TomTom would be a future project.

It's very difficult to install the factory navigation as it involves changing the wiring loom - just get the motorised housing and put an aftermarket screen/satnav in it, that gives you more options anyway :)
