How Do I Stop Alarm Turning On With Gs450H?

Recommended Posts

I dropped into the supermarket today and left my elderly mother in the car. I didn't lock the door.

When I go back to the car, maybe 6 minutes later, she is in tears and tells me the car alarm has been going off, and people have been laughing at her.

So my question is, how do I stop this from happening again? Is there a way to stop the alarm from setting itself?

Thanks.

Hi, if you have a owners manual have a look at page 101, this may help although I cant understand how this sensor is activated if you haven’t locked the car door, it may be because you have taken the key fob away from the car & this may automatically activate it, this would not happen if you left the key fob with the person in the car, or

There is a “ intrusion sensor” in the car witch detects movement this can be switched off from the drop down control panel by your right knee, this may work.
