Ac Charger For Instant Jump Start

Does anyone know what kind of charger that runs of the household AC mains can provide instant power to start a car with a flat Battery? I'm looking for a charger that can do a job of jump starting from the mains AC power. Any recommendations and links would be great

You mean something like this? how does it work? do i just keep this thing fully charged and then it becomes like a cordless jump starter?

If so, if i keep this charged, does it lose its charge gradually if i dont use it?

yeah that what i mean.

yeah it loses if you dont use it, but i have one at home and one at work for the vehicles there and just check it every week, (they tend to have a charge level on them) and charge when needed.

I have a Gunsoms Rapid Start Charger. It can be set to trickle charge, boost or jump start via mains. Not sure where I bought it but it works very well. The manufacturers are Gunsoms at Kineton, Warwickshire. I am sure they would be able to advise you.
