Retro- Fit Stop/ Start Technology To Cars?

Hi all..I am not an engineer and was wondering if it is possible to retrofit stop/ start technology (revised ECU?), along the lines of modern cars? Just a thought....

Hi stop start tech uses a different Battery and wiring plus normally 0-20W OIL SPEC plus ecu and clutch switch , i would imagine it could be done with a few upgrades , some one like motec for ecu if they do one , not sure on additional sensors though ! but would be expensive !!!
