Clicking Grinding

bit of help needed ? i have looked for the old must clicky for help but cant find it on this new one?

anyway got a problem on front drivers wheel, on just slightly touching brakes i getting a clicking sound not all the time tho which points me towards the slide pins, but this last week i have had another problem on same wheel when turning and going over ramps there is a sound like rubber grinding, so i took it into my local garage yeterday and they said dry bottom ball jount ? these was change just over 12 months ago by LEXUS, i dont think it is this so before i book it into LEXUS as anyone got any ideas or had same problem

LEXUS picking my car up next thursday, having timming belt changed and checking wheel out at same time, will let you all know what the problem was next week

well LEXUS just picked me car up, hopefully will know by the end of the day what the ptroblem is or was?

well it was the bloody back plate?

yes, need some more work done tho, front disc and pads and tyres over the next couple of months

Thats a good result. I guess they just bent the back plates to sort it out?

Are you going to do the discs and pads yourself?

not sure mate, LEXUS quoted me £266 for disc pads and shims as they said i not got shims in?

and yes that just bent plate back

well LEXUS phoned me today and said they can do the mk2 on disc and pads for £220 so booked in for wednesday next week

well new tyres fitted today hope these toyos sports are as as good as the T1Rs
