Amp Bypass Lead-Some Unused Wires?

hi all,fitted a blaupunkt head unit into my is 200 se sport some time ago with the amp bypass lead,it works fine,but quality just not the same as original[which had error 3....ha-ha].

couple of questions;

1-some wires on bypass lead appear to plug into nothing?.

2-is there no better adapter that keeps the front amp?.

if you add rca plugs to amp input leads, you can then use amp pre-outs on new head unit to power original amp. Did it in my old 99 year is200.

Theres some bad bypass leads flying about. Does the stereo work correctly remember radio stations etc?

Is sound in all the speakers.

stereo works fine,just nowhere near as good as original
