Hi and welcome.

The only way of getting better MPG is to drive slower! Lol :) Are you really getting 480 miles from a full tank? We have 2 IS200's, and myself or my wife can't get more than 350 miles from a full tank, so you would appear to be getting brilliant MPG anyway!

As for your alloys I'm 99% sure their aftermarket. So you won't have to worry about the corroding Lexus alloy problem anyway :)

Enjoy...

Chris

oh sorry thought i put in kilometres instead of miles for the lexus so 70 euro gave me 3/4 full tank and it made in total 480 kilometres of which around 50 kilometres were on a national road

480 km = 298 miles cant remember how many litres of fuel went in never really checked but the petrol stations here are at 162.9 today for petrol on the signs outside so how would you work out how many mpg that is?^^

could it be 70 euro % 1.629 cent = 42.97 litres? could that be right?
