Rx 350 Service

My 07 RX-350 is just coming up for its 50,000 mile service, the dealer has informed me this is a big service! I'm not sure what that means other than the price - around £750. I was wondering what other RX-350 RX-400 owners experience was or what was meant by a big service - it is needed all day

normally 50,000 would be a minor, oil change, service. I'm guessing the age is triggering some additional work. Your service book should have details about the schedule and what is required. I would expect 60,000 or 100,000 to be large services where things like timing belts or spark plugs need changing. I did think the RX350 only need plugs at 100,000 or 120,000 miles and not 60,000.

Ask your dealer what they intend to do.
